Charles de Gaulle is the major airport in the outskirts of Paris. An easy way to get into the city is by taking the train (RER B) that should run every 10-20 minutes. You can also get a taxi, which is simpler than trying to take an Uber from the airport into the city due to Uber's more limited access to the pick-up lanes.
We recommend finding lodging in the 1st - 8th arrondissements. Arrondissements are neighborhoods in Paris, and can be searched on Google Maps. Our recommended neighborhoods keep you close to the river and the center of the city so that most sites are easily walkable.
John Jon and Josh will be staying between the 2nd and 3rd arrondissements. Note that the boat for the wedding will be departing from Place de Bastille, which is on the eastern edge of the 4th arrondissement.
Paris has wonderful hotel options and also has many great lodging options on Airbnb.
